Non-clinical support for private practice
I help private practice therapists and small health practices with the writing, content, and administrative work that keeps getting pushed to Sunday night — so the right clients can actually find you.
Free review: I'll rewrite the opening of your directory profile and send it back — yours to keep either way.
Services
Most practices start with a profile rewrite and add from there. Everything is quoted as a fixed price before we begin.
Available nowYour Psychology Today or TherapyDen profile, rewritten so it speaks to one specific person instead of everyone. Most profiles open the same way — yours won't.
Homepage, about page, and services page written to convert a hesitant reader into someone who books a consult.
Blog posts or a client newsletter, plus social graphics, delivered in a shared folder on the 1st. Consistent without you thinking about it.
Intake packets, post-visit instructions, condition explainers, and practice policies — written at a reading level your clients actually absorb.
Your handouts and exercises turned into a designed, branded PDF workbook you're glad to hand out.
Intake coordination, scheduling, waitlist follow-up, and client email. HIPAA training and a signed BAA in place before any patient data is touched.
A written playbook for your practice: which AI tools are safe for your workflow, which are not, what staff should never paste into a chatbot, and ready-made prompts for your common tasks.
Benefits verified before the first session, written up clearly so you know exactly what to tell the client about cost.
If it's non-clinical and it's eating your evenings, ask. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll say so.
How it works
Tell me what you need. If it helps, a 20-minute call — but most of this gets sorted over email.
Exactly what I'll deliver, by when, for how much, and what's not included. You approve it before anything begins.
50% to start, invoiced properly through Stripe with a card or bank payment link. Balance when you approve the final version.
Delivered on the agreed date, with two rounds of revisions included. No chasing, no surprises.
About
I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and I spent years working clinically in healthcare. I know what an EOB is. I know why a no-show policy matters. I know the difference between a profile that lists credentials and one that makes a nervous person pick up the phone.
I also know that almost nobody goes into private practice because they love writing about themselves or chasing intake paperwork. That's the part I take.
I work entirely non-clinically — writing, content, and administrative support. I don't provide therapy, clinical advice, or supervision, and I'm careful about that line because you have to be.
Working with practices remotely, across the United States.
What practices say
"[Replace after client 1 — ask what their profile was like before, what changed after, and whether they'd recommend it.]"
— Initials, credential, state"[Replace after client 2.]"
— Initials, credential, state"[Replace after client 3.]"
— Initials, credential, stateClients are welcome to be credited by initials and credential only — whatever fits their professional comfort.
Questions
No. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and clinical healthcare experience, but I am not licensed and I don't provide clinical services of any kind — no therapy, no clinical advice, no supervision. Everything I do is business, content, and administrative support. Anything with clinical content goes to you for review before it's finalized.
For writing and content work, I don't need access to any patient information at all. For administrative work that does involve it, I complete HIPAA privacy and security training and sign a Business Associate Agreement before I touch a single record. Patient information is never entered into consumer AI tools.
Invoiced through Stripe, payable by card or bank transfer. For projects over $300, it's 50% to start and 50% when you approve the final version. Monthly retainers are invoiced on the 1st. You'll always have a written scope and a real invoice — never a payment app request.
Two rounds of revisions are included in every project, and I'd rather you tell me it's wrong than quietly not use it. If the first draft genuinely misses, say so and I'll redo it — that's on me, not billed as a revision.
I use AI as a drafting tool, the same way most writers now do — and every word that reaches you has been shaped, checked, and rewritten by me. What you're paying for is the judgment about what should be said, which is the part that can't be automated. I'll never hand you raw generated text.
Usually within a few days. Profile rewrites are delivered within 7 business days of the deposit. If I'm booked, I'll tell you honestly rather than take the work and be late.
Yes — chiropractors, dietitians, dentists, med spas, and small specialty clinics. The work is much the same, and the clinical background transfers.
Send me a link. I'll rewrite your opening and send it back — no charge, no obligation, and it's yours to use whether or not we work together.
